Pay
- Average $1,700 per week ($88,000 annually)
- Pay is based on verified driving experience and 2,500–2,800 miles per week
- 0–6 months experience: $0.54 CPM ($1,350–$1,512 / week)
- 6 months–6 years experience: $0.60 CPM ($1,500–$1,680 / week)
- 7+ years experience: $0.62 CPM ($1,550–$1,736 / week)
- $3,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers

Home time
- Paid OTR home time is a core part of this seat — not an afterthought
- Typical schedule: 21–28 days out (3–4 weeks)
- Earn 1 day home for every 7 days out
- Paid home time: $50/day, up to 4 days per month

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum age 21
- Minimum 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- No DWI/DUI within the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
- No more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 3 years
