Pay

  • Average $1,700 per week ($88,000 annually)
  • Pay is based on verified driving experience and 2,500–2,800 miles per week
  • 0–6 months experience: $0.54 CPM ($1,350–$1,512 / week)
  • 6 months–6 years experience: $0.60 CPM ($1,500–$1,680 / week)
  • 7+ years experience: $0.62 CPM ($1,550–$1,736 / week)
  • $3,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers
  • Automatic detention pay — no macros, no waiting
  • Longevity pay that rewards drivers who stay

Home time

  • Paid OTR home time is a core part of this seat — not an afterthought
  • Typical schedule: 21–28 days out (3–4 weeks)
  • Earn 1 day home for every 7 days out
  • Paid home time: $50/day, up to 4 days per month

Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum age 21
  • Minimum 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience
  • No DWI/DUI within the last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
  • No more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 3 years
