Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of recruiting websites, landing pages, forms, and communications operated by or on behalf of National Carriers, Inc. (“National Carriers,” “NCI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including phone, email, and SMS/text messaging. By using our Services or submitting information, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. Commercial driving opportunities generally require a valid Class A CDL and a minimum age of 21, along with other qualifications described on our job pages.
2. No guarantee of employment
Submitting a form, calling, texting, or speaking with a recruiter does not create an employment relationship and does not guarantee an interview, offer, hire, route assignment, or any particular pay outcome. All opportunities are subject to eligibility, verification, safety review, available seats, and National Carriers’s discretion. Pay figures on this site are estimates or averages and may vary by experience, location, route, freight, tenure, and other factors.
3. Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information on forms and in communications with us. Providing false or misleading information may disqualify you from consideration.
4. SMS / text messaging terms (A2P)
By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in to SMS (for example, by checking an SMS consent box), you expressly consent to receive recurring automated and/or personalized text messages from or on behalf of National Carriers regarding recruiting, job opportunities, appointment reminders, application status, and related employment communications.

You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you will notify us if you change or relinquish that number. We may use service providers and CRM platforms to send messages and manage conversations on our behalf.
Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own promotional / marketing purposes. Sharing with vendors that perform services for us (such as SMS delivery, CRM, or call tracking) is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Phone and email communications
If you consent to phone contact, you agree that we or our recruiting partners may call you about employment opportunities, including using an autodialer or prerecorded / artificial voice where permitted by law and consistent with your consent. You may revoke phone consent by telling us during a call or contacting us at 888-777-0633. Email communications may include application follow-up and related recruiting messages; you can unsubscribe where an unsubscribe mechanism is provided.
6. Website use and prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Scrape, harvest, or misuse lead forms or contact channels
- Attempt to disrupt, probe, or compromise site security
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your qualifications
- Upload malware or interfere with other users
7. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, logos, text, graphics, and design are owned byNational Carriers or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit site materials without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
8. Third-party services and tracking
Our Services may use third-party tools for analytics, advertising, CRM, and communications, including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and GoHighLevel or similar platforms. Your interactions with those tools may be subject to the third parties’ terms and privacy policies in addition to ours. See our Privacy Policy for details on cookies, pixels, and data use.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT RECRUITING INFORMATION WILL ALWAYS BE COMPLETE OR CURRENT.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NATIONAL CARRIERS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (US $100).
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless National Carriers and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
