Pay
- Average $1,200–$1,400 per week ($62,400–$72,800 annually)
- $0.50 CPM — all loaded and empty miles
- 2,000–2,300 average miles per week
Home time
- Preferred schedule: 10–14 days out
- Flexible option: out 6 days and return for a 34-hour reset
- Guaranteed weekly home time if you live within 60 miles of Liberal, KS; Dodge City, KS; or Irving, TX
Equipment and freight
- Late-model Kenworth T-680s
- 100% automatic fleet
- Utility refrigerated trailers
- Primary freight includes Kroger, Perdue Farms, and outside backhaul

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum age 21
- Minimum 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- No DWI/DUI within the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
- No more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 3 years
