Pay

  • Average $1,200–$1,400 per week ($62,400–$72,800 annually)
  • $0.50 CPM — all loaded and empty miles
  • 2,000–2,300 average miles per week

Home time

  • Preferred schedule: 10–14 days out
  • Flexible option: out 6 days and return for a 34-hour reset
  • Guaranteed weekly home time if you live within 60 miles of Liberal, KS; Dodge City, KS; or Irving, TX

Equipment and freight

  • Late-model Kenworth T-680s
  • 100% automatic fleet
  • Utility refrigerated trailers
  • Primary freight includes Kroger, Perdue Farms, and outside backhaul

Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum age 21
  • Minimum 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience
  • No DWI/DUI within the last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
  • No more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 3 years
