Hiring area
Regional Southwest hiring area. Running area is generally south of I-80, east of I-25, and west of the Mississippi.
Hiring states:Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Texas.
Pay
- Average $1,200–$1,500 per week ($70,000+ annually)
- $0.50 CPM base pay
- Approximately $0.03 CPM average accessorial pay
- $0.04 CPM performance bonus
- 2,300–2,700 average miles per week — all miles paid
Home time
- Typically 10–14 days out
- Earn 1 day home for every 7 days out
- Predictable rotation so you can plan around home

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum age 21
- Minimum 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- No DWI/DUI within the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
- No more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 3 years
